About the job

The role involves adhering to established design input and output standards. Collaboration with SCM (Supply Chain Management) and CS teams is essential for the issuance and management of subscription orders. The designer must maintain continuous professional development by completing annual quality-related training and demonstrate strong technical skills in design methodologies and standards. Additionally, they are expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and quality control.

Key responsibilities

Subscription Order Management:

  • Manage: Handle subscription orders including back orders and requests to change models.
  • Pending Order Follow-up: Track and manage pending orders until closure.
  • Termination: Process order terminations.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Supply Chain Management and Service teams for subscription order issuance and related processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • At least 5 years experiences in related task
  • Experience in SCM filed would be advantage
  • Good command in English and Thai.
  • Computer literacy; MS. Office (Excel)
  • Able to work under pressure
