Business Analyst/ Project Manager– D365 Finance
Experience: 8–10 years
Skills: ERP Implementation, D365 Finance, Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, Fit-Gap Analysis, Functional Documentation, UAT Support, Stakeholder Management
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead requirements gathering workshops with finance stakeholders for ERP implementation, preferably D365 Finance
• Document and validate business, functional, and reporting requirements across finance processes
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes and perform fit-gap analysis against standard D365 Finance capabilities
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and requirement traceability documents
• Work closely with project, functional, and technical teams to support configuration, design clarifications, and solution alignment
• Coordinate testing activities including scenario definition, SIT/UAT support, defect tracking, and business sign-off
• Support data migration validation, cutover readiness, training inputs, and change adoption activities
• Engage business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure solution acceptance and process readiness
