About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically driven Data Analyst to join the Leasing Strategy team at Central Pattana. You will play a key role in maintaining and analyzing CPN's property portfolio performance, translating raw data into actionable insights that support strategic leasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Data maintenance & Owner: Maintain and update monthly CPN's Sales performance data, including performing data cleansing using Power Query and Excel
- Derive actionable insights: Analyze rent roll trends to identify leasing performance insights, occupancy patterns, revenue opportunities, and flag data anomalies or leasing risks and provide clear recommendations.
- Report owner: Develop and maintain structured reports to support the Leasing Strategy team and Leasing Sales
- Stakeholder management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver timely analysis
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel advanced functions, pivot tables, and data modeling
- Proficient in Power Query data transformation and automation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage monthly reporting cycles
- Good communication skills in Thai; English proficiency is a plus
