About the Role
We're looking for a mid-level Data Analyst to join our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Squad within TILDI.
In this role, you'll work closely with Commercial stakeholders to transform retail and promotion data into actionable insights that improve promotion effectiveness and commercial decision-making.
You'll support key initiatives related to promotion planning, performance analysis, pricing, and revenue optimization across the business.
You'll own and continuously improve business-critical dashboards and reporting used by Commercial teams, while helping evolve our analytics capabilities toward a modern self-service BI and semantic-layer environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical analytics, business problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration to create measurable business impact in a fast-moving retail environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reporting solutions to support promotion planning, commercial tracking, and business performance monitoring.
- Build and optimize SQL-based data models, queries, and transformation logic to support scalable analytics and reporting workflows.
- Analyze large-scale retail and transactional datasets to uncover trends, promotion performance drivers, pricing insights, and revenue growth opportunities.
- Structure ambiguous business problems and translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for Commercial stakeholders.
- Partner directly with Commercial teams to understand business needs, define analytical requirements, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Design and monitor KPIs that improve visibility into promotion effectiveness and overall commercial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to solve business challenges through analytics.
- Support the transition toward a modern analytics stack, including semantic modeling, LookML development, and self-service BI capabilities.
- Leverage internal analytics and decision intelligence tools to generate insights that improve commercial performance and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.
- Experience working with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Azure, or similar environments.
- Experience working with large-scale transactional, sales, or retail datasets.
- Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of KPI design, business performance tracking, and reporting automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business context and turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or promotion analytics.
- Experience analyzing promotion performance, pricing, uplift, or campaign planning effectiveness.
- Familiarity with LookML, semantic modeling, or modern self-service BI environments.
- Exposure to Python, statistical analysis, or advanced analytics techniques.
