Understand client context and problems through secondary research (e.g. searching and analysing data) and primary research (e.g. conducting interviews and focus groups with stakeholders such as clients and subject matter experts)
Propose solutions, formulate strategies and developroad mapsthrough synthesis and assessment using bothquantitative and qualitative methods
Propose technology solutions, translate business requirement into functional design focusing on mobile and cloud-based solutions in 2 possible focus areas:
Productivity: Digital Workplace & Process Digitization
Data Analytics: Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Predictive Modelling
Develop high quality work outputs including presentation slides, quantitative models, analytical and descriptive reports, system designs & specification documents, test reports, training materials, etc.
Coordinate with stakeholders to collect data, organize meetings, workshops
Manage relationships with clients as well as manage project work plan
Qualifications:
Interest in problem solving, strategic research work and Technology Consulting & System Development type of work, both for private sector and public sector clients
Excellent analytical, organization, communication, and collaboration skills with high professionalism
Passion to learn new skills and topics at pace and with structure
Fluent command of both Thai and English (including writing skills in both languages)
Proficient IT skills Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Work experience between 1-5 years in related fields (entry level applications are also welcome)
Flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure
