Job Responsibilities
- Transform data into actionable business insights and advanced analytics to support decision-making across the retail organization
- Act as a bridge between business and data/technology teams to enable data-driven strategies across Sales, Marketing, Customer, Merchandising, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Store Operations
- Lead business analytics and advanced analytics initiatives, including customer segmentation, CLV, promotion effectiveness, store performance, demand forecasting, churn/retention, personalization, and pricing optimization
- Define KPI frameworks, analytics standards, and oversee dashboards, reporting, and self-service BI platforms
- Partner with Data Science, AI, Data Engineering, and IT teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions and move models from pilot to production
- Manage stakeholders and present insights and recommendations to senior management, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact
- Lead, develop, and upskill analytics teams while fostering a strong data-driven culture and ensuring data governance, quality, and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 812 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or advanced analytics
- Experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or omnichannel businesses preferred
- 35 years of experience leading analytics or data teams

Technical
Strong analytical and statistical foundation
Proficiency in SQL and Python and/or R
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Understanding of modern data platforms (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Cloud)
Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics
