Data Analyst– Lending Business

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to help us understand our lending business and support better decision-making through data.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is interested in lending/fintech, and is curious, eager to learn, and takes pride in doing things well. You don't need to know everything from day one — we will support your growth — but you should be motivated to learn quickly, think independently, and take ownership of your work.

You will work across credit risk, product, marketing, and operations on real business problems.

What You'll Do:

• Translate business questions into structured analysis with clear assumptions.
• Analyse customer behaviour and lending performance (e.g., cohort, funnel, trends).
• Extract, clean, and organize data for analysis.
• Investigate anomalies and explain why things happen.
• Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Learn and apply tools such as SQL in your daily work to build dashboards and reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in data analysis
• (Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Able to communicate in Thai and English.
• Basic SQL/Python or data tools
• Comfort with numbers/data.
