Real Smart PCL. is looking for a Data Analyst with at least 7 years of overall work experience to join an enterprise-level data project.
You do not need to have worked in a Data role throughout your entire career. If you have experience working with data, reports, dashboards, statistics, or presentation materials — and have a portfolio or work samples that demonstrate your skills — we would like to hear from you.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with data, simplifying complex information, and turning system data into reports, dashboards, documents, or presentation slides that can be used for meetings, coordination, and decision-making by relevant stakeholders.
What you will do
- Search, collect, and summarize data from internal systems
- Analyze data and present it in a clear and easy-to-understand format
- Prepare reports, dashboards, statistical summaries, and meeting documents
- Create presentation slides to support meetings and project operations
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use
- Support other data-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of overall work experience
- Experience in data analysis, report preparation, dashboard creation, statistical data collection and summary, or presentation slide preparation
- Able to use AI-powered management platforms or other systems assigned by the company effectively
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a service-minded attitude
- Able to solve problems, work under pressure, and manage tasks within limited timelines
- Fair command of English, especially in reading and understanding documents or system-related information
- Creative, punctual, and able to work well in a team
- Able to use Excel / Google Sheets / basic to intermediate SQL for data extraction and summary
- Familiarity with dashboard or data visualization tools such as PowerPoint, Looker Studio, Canva, Tableau, Power BI, or AI tools
- Experience with more than one tool will be an advantage
- TOEIC score of 600 or above will be given special consideration
