Data Analyst & Promotion Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with related teams to collect backend promotion data and ensure data accuracy for analysis.
• Interpret campaign and customer data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare performance summaries and actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
• Utilize Excel or equivalent tools for data cleaning, performance calculation, and in-depth analysis.
• Create automated or semi-automated reporting sheets to streamline marketing operations.
• Filter and qualify customer data to support the Sales team in lead conversion.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to monitor performance and enhance overall campaign ROI.
• Assist in the execution of lead generation campaigns.
• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to design, adjust, and optimize promotional strategies based on data insights.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and smooth campaign execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Data Analysis, Campaign Performance, Marketing Operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Thai and English (Required).
• Thai nationality.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel is a must (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Knowledge of trading or financial markets is a significant advantage.
