Summary

The Data Analysts transform raw data into actionable insights to support business decisions across departments. They analyze datasets, uncover patterns and correlations, deliver insights, and act as champions of data democratization by empowering business users to work with data through self-service analytics and data forums.

The Data Analyst turns business challenges into data challenges, analyzes and cleans data, and delivers insights in business language. The role also facilitates cross-team discussions around data and promotes data democratization across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, data storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong business understanding combined with technical foundations such as Python and SQL
• 2-3 years of experience
