Position : Data Analyst

Company business : Healthcare, Aesthetics Business

Location : Rama 3, Yannawa Bangkok

Salary : up to 80,000 THB

Responsibilities :

• Collect, consolidate, and organize data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, POS, Google Analytics, Social Media, Inventory, Sales Reports).
• Ensure data accuracy through data cleaning.
• Connect data using Power Query, ETL, or APIs.
• Build data models to support analysis.
• Study customer journey, cohort analysis, retention, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
• Evaluate marketing ROI and campaign performance.
• Assess costs, gross margin (GM%), and forecast trends.

Qualifications :

-3 years of experience in Data, Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related fields.

-Prior experience in Aesthetic, Healthcare, Retail, or Tech industries will be considered a strong advantage.

-Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index Match, Power Query).

-Skilled in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

-Strong expertise in Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
