In this role, you'll get to:
- Deeply explore customer data to uncover behavioral patterns, opportunities, and business insights
- Curate data and develop signals & features which will require data profiling, data spec articulation and data dictionary design
- Work closely with Product, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers and Business teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Define and track key metrics to evaluate performance of data strategies and experiments
- Identify and define new use cases for opportunities to improve
- Support feature discovery for models such as propensity, segmentation, and recommendation
- Ensure data quality, usability, and readiness for downstream modeling and decisioning.
- Transform business requirement and design into technical specification and documentation. Including performing Exploratory Data Analysis

- Comfortable working in ambiguity and proactively identifying opportunities from data
- Strong ownership mindset and able to work in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
Technical foundation:
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets
- Experience with Python/R for analysis (Experience with PySpark is a plus)
- Familiarity with experimentation, feature engineering, or machine learning concepts is a strong advantage
- Experience in digital, marketing analytics, or customer analytics is a plus
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in data analytic field (Data analyst, BI, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (business, computer science, math, engineering, economics, finance)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Python (or R)
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data querying and data analysis
- Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill to effectively collaborate with stakeholders with all levels
- Data-driven decision making with ability to adapt to situation
