Data, Analytics and AI Manager

Job Scope:

We are seeking a forward-thinking Data, Analytics & AI Manager to lead and accelerate our digital transformation initiatives through data-driven decision-making and advanced AI capabilities. This role bridges business strategy and technology, driving enterprise-wide adoption of data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to unlock business value and innovation. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with technical expertise and a passion for scaling data platforms, implementing AI use cases, and fostering a data-driven culture.

Job Responsibilities:

Digital Transformation Leadership

• Define and execute the data, analytics, and AI strategy aligned with business transformation goals.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify high-impact opportunities for AI and advanced analytics.
• Lead enterprise initiatives that modernize data capabilities and support digital business models.

Data & Analytics Strategy

• Develop and oversee the enterprise data architecture, including:
• Data lakes
• Data warehouses
• Real-time data pipelines
• Ensure high-quality, governed, and secure data across all systems.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making.

AI & Advanced Analytics

• Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI/ML use cases, including:
• Predictive analytics
• Automation
• Personalization
• Lead the development, deployment, and scaling of AI models into production.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as:
• Generative AI
• Machine Learning
• Automation

Team Leadership

• Build and lead a cross-functional team of:
• Data Engineers
• Data Scientists
• Data Analysts
• Promote an agile and collaborative culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Upskill the organization in data literacy and AI awareness.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a key advisor to business units on data and AI opportunities.
• Translate complex analytics into actionable business insights.
• Manage vendor partnerships and external technology providers.

Governance & Compliance

• Establish data governance, privacy, and security frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Promote the ethical use of AI and responsible data practices.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
• Data Science
• Computer Science
• Engineering
• Information Systems
• Or a related field

Experience

• 10-15 years of experience in data, analytics, and/or AI roles.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation or enterprise data initiatives.
• Strong track record of delivering analytics or AI projects with measurable business impact.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in data platforms such as:
• Azure
• AWS
• GCP
• Strong knowledge of:
• Data engineering, including ETL/ELT and data pipelines
• BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Machine learning frameworks and AI tools
• Familiarity with modern data architectures, including:
• Lakehouse
• Data Mesh
