Manage data analytic and data related for Co-branded project.
Manage overall data related and represent as data contact point (business side) to support every business needs i.e., Product CVP Development, Acquisition campaign, Usage campaign to decelerate the cobrand product launching process and meet project timeline.
Manage UAT process and Test script in term of cobrand data integration to make sure the completeness and correctness of data (cobrand end to end data flow, all touch point, all TMG system).
Develop a comprehensive analysis as business needs include explore the deep dive analysis based on customer Data insight that impact cobrand product and business.
Develop performance monitoring report as tracking tool to monitor cobrand product performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Develop BI Report, Visualization dashboard which related to Cobrand product view
Manage and co-ordinate with bank team on lead generation process, lead tracking to make sure our BAU process smoothly.
Manage and co-ordinate with bank team on data sharing process, to make sure our data sharing process on time smoothly.
Develop propensity model, response model and all related statistic model which require to support business activities i.e., acquisition, x-sell, usage and portfolio management
Manage Data incident, Data issue to make sure all cases are getting response/fix on time.
Manage and support all project which require integrated with cobrand data (knowledge suggestion, UAT)
Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related
35 years experience in data analytics, business development, or data-driven projects
Proficient in SQL, Python/R, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Experience in data integration, UAT, and testing
Knowledge of customer data analysis & modeling (e.g., propensity, response models)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Good communication and ability to coordinate with internal & external stakeholders
