Provide data analysis and operational support for Recovery and Clawback activities by identifying, tracking, and analyzing lost and damaged shipments across the end-to-end logistics journey.
Design, develop, and maintain data tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions to support Recovery and related business functions.
Drive automation initiatives through RPA, AI-powered solutions, and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI.
Maintain and continuously improve recovery automation systems, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and up-to-date information.
Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize Recovery and Clawback operations, enhancing accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or JavaScript.
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau).
Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and orchestration tools such as n8n, Smart, or similar technologies.
Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain operations, or e-commerce business processes is an advantage.
