The company specializes in delivering large‑scale, mission‑critical digital infrastructure designed to support the rapidly growing demands of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and digital services.
Job descriptions:
- Responsible on operation, maintenance, and repair of all critical equipment systems on site, while maintaining 100% uptime.
- Plan and complete planned and reactive work orders assigned to you, to achieve and sustain 100% monthly compliance, i.e., all work orders closed on or before due dates.
- Assist in the planning, supervision, and handover of project-related changes or improvements within the facility.
- Ensure the Facilities Operations Centre (FOC), FOC Library, Stores, and Workshop remain clean and orderly at all times. Perform routine housekeeping checks in my area and follow a clean-as-you-go approach.
- Work closely with management and the wider operational team to review equipment failures and prepare detailed root-cause analyses and action plans.
- Contribute to the development of site-specific procedures for maintenance and operation of critical equipment (SOPs, EOPs, drills, etc.).
- Assist with technical issues, project management, vendor management, and technical reporting on all critical equipment and computerized systems.
- Supervise third-party engineers and subcontractors to ensure their compliance with site standards when performing maintenance or related activities.
- Operate equipment, monitor, and respond to alarms and abnormal conditions in the FOC as required. Ensure that EPMS, BMS, and Fire System alarms are addressed with the highest priority.
Qualifications:
- Preferably 1–3 years of experience in a data centre environment.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering & Electronics
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Must be flexible with working patterns to meet the rhythm of the business and operational demands.
