Data Center Operations Engineer

Mills Recruitment is partnering with a data center services provider to hire multiple Shift Engineers / Data Center Operations Engineer for a large-scale data center operations project in Rayong,Thailand.

About The Role

The Challenge

You will support 24/7 shift operations (3 shifts, 8 hours each, rotational) in a mission-critical data center environment, ensuring systems run reliably and efficiently at all times.

What You Will Do

• Monitor and operate data center systems and equipment
• Understand equipment parameters, operating modes, and system performance
• Follow standard operating procedures for daily operations
• Handle incidents and execute emergency response procedures
• Ensure all systems are functioning according to operational standards

Who We Are Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations and maintenance
• Familiar with data center architecture, equipment parameters, operating modes, and procedures
• Familiar with emergency operation procedures, equipment locations, and routing relationships
• Mechanical background or relevant certifications are preferred
• Diploma or above in Engineering or a related field

Skills and Attributes

• Familiar with the working principles of data center equipment
• Proficient in using various office software
• Good communication skills in English and Thai; Mandarin is a plus
