Job Descriptions :
- 24/7 monitor the data center's infrastructure systems, including power distribution, cooling systems, environmental controls, fire suppression, and security systems, using monitoring tools and systems.
- Routine inspections of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure components to ensure they are operating within specified parameters and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Promptly identify and respond to alarms and alerts, troubleshoot issues, and escalate problems to relevant teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incident reports, and equipment inventory. Update documentation as changes are made to the facility or its infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other teams, including network operations, engineering, and customer support, to address operational issues and optimize the performance of the data center environment.
- Providing support to customers using data center services.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor degree of Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical or certification in a relevant field preferred
- Previous experience in Data Center operations, facilities management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Data Center infrastructure components, including power distribution, HVAC systems, and environmental monitoring.
- Proficiency in using monitoring tools and systems to track and analyze operational data.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in English communication is beneficial for both reading and writing.
