Oversee and coordinate routineplanned preventative maintenance tasks on HV and LV distribution systems,associated plant/equipment and HVAC mechanical cooling/heating systems asdetermined by the CMMS system's work orders during scheduled shifts.
Monitor BMS for running andalarm conditions.
Attend to A/C related issueson-site.
Conduct building walk-rounds,taking meter readings from UPS, PDU's and utilities.
Investigate faults, identifycauses and effect remedies.
Prepare accurate/timely reportsas required.
Ensure corrective/repair worksare carried out in accordance with current regulations.
Supervise and provide guidanceto the Shift Technicians.
Assist with installation works.
Participate in emergencycall-out roster providing cover for weekend and team member absences, asrequired.
Develop a comprehensiveunderstanding of the data centre/s their layouts, functions and complexities.
Establish and develop trusting,meaningful relationships with Facilities Managers, the Client's staff andrepresentatives.
Endorse day to day and futurecompliance to safe working practices, quality standards conformity, and bestpractice methods.
Volunteer ideas/initiativesthat contribute to the service levels and delivery.
Undertake other tasks, asrequired by the Client, in accordance with experience and competencies.
Requirements
Technical Certificate orDiploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (with 5 years working experiencein Critical Environment or data centres).
Good building servicesknowledge.
Good customer relationshipskills.
Working knowledge of'Permit to work systems.
Understanding andinterpretation of technical drawings/processes.
Experience of CMMS and BMSsystems.
Ability to work rotatingshifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Experience in a supervisoryrole is preferred.
Ability to effectivelycommunicate in both Thai and English is advantageous.
