Job Description

We're looking for a strong Data Engineer who can architect, build, and own production-grade data platforms. This is a hands-on IC role; you'll be expected to write code every day, solve complex engineering problems, work directly with clients, and drive technical decisions from design through production.

Requirements

5+ years in Data Engineering:

Apache Kafka (Streaming, DLQ, Replay, Exactly-once).
Python and/or Java + Advanced SQL.
Batch & Real-time Data Pipelines.
CDC, Lakehouse/Medallion Architecture.
Data Quality, Validation & Reconciliation Frameworks.
MDM, Identity Resolution & Golden Records.
Git, YAML/JSON, Source-to-Target Mapping.

We're Specifically Looking For Someone Who

Loves being hands-on and building systemsnot just reviewing code.
Can independently interact with clients and lead technical discussions.
Takes complete ownership from requirements to production.
Has worked in a startup or high-growth environment and thrives with ambiguity.
Can independently own client conversations and technical decisions.
Financial Reconciliation, Schema Registry (Avro/Protobuf), or Mainframe integration experience is a plus.
