Lead and manage the Enterprise Data Platform team responsible for data pipeline development, operations, and delivery.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability as data volumes grow.
Enforce process and coding standards, develop best practices, and compliance with data governance, IT standard, and bank policies.
Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines to support business data needs and outbound delivery requirements.
Prioritize team resources to meet SLAs and collaboration with key stakeholders to align with business objectives.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to build team capabilities and drive improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or Any related.
At least 10 years experience of Enterprise Data Platform area.
Past experiences of MIS or producing reports using BI tools such as Tableu, Qlikview, Power BI can also be considered
Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong Excel, BI tools, SQL, Oracle with knowledge of R, Python is a plus
