Implementing Data Governance Tools: Oversee the deployment of our data governance platforms.
Metadata Management: Govern business and technical metadata for accuracy and consistency.
Data Quality Governance: Ensure high standards for data quality across the organization.
Data Privacy: Implement and enforce data privacy regulations across Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
Data Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate data-related risks.
ROPA Management: Develop and maintain Records of Processing Activities (ROPA).
Requirement:
Bachelor&aposs or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
Minimum 7-10 years in a large services organization with significant data or project management experience.
Proven experience in IT project management, data architect, data/IT governance and compliance, IT audit, data security, or similar data management/analytics roles.
Experience with data model analytics and data analysis would be an advantage.
Experience with data risk analysis and management would be an advantage.
Familiarity with data governance or data management at a technical level (e.g., Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Operations, Data Security) is a plus.
Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
Understanding of BOT Data Governance Guidelines, ISO27001, PDPA, and industry best practices for Data Governance and Data Management Models.
Familiarity with leading Data Catalog, Data Quality, and Metadata Management practices.
Knowledge of data protection, regulatory requirements, and emerging data trends.
Technical programming languages for data analytics such as SQL, Python, R would be advantageous.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
