Job Description

Lead the development of data classification policies, standards, and guidelines.
Ensure the data classification program aligns with all applicable data protection frameworks and regulations, such as PDPA.
Develop and execute training and communication strategies to educate employees and foster a culture of Data Classification and DLM.
Track adoption metrics and stakeholder feedback to iterate and improve the program.
Managing data life cycle throughout its entire journey from creation to deletion.
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, including compliance, legal, and business departments.
Drive cross-departmental communication and engagement to promote awareness of classification and DLM Programs.
Support internal and external audits by providing evidence, process explanations, and supporting audit documentation.
