Deliver on the design and implementation of data governance policies, standards, and processes to maintain data quality, security, and compliance.
Execute data governance initiatives to establish and enforce data access controls, retention policies, and classification guidelines across bank-wide applications.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate data governance requirements into project plans and deliverables, ensuring alignment with data architecture standards.
Monitor data governance activities to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of data governance frameworks.
Support the development and maintenance of data governance documentation and training materials.
Qualification
Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, MIS or related field.
At least 3 years experience in data governance and data management.
Experience in data governance framework, policies and procedure.
Have basic knowledge in SQL and data tools/technologies
