Role Summary:
We are seeking a Data Integration Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding of new hotels onto our platform. In this role, you will coordinate directly with clients, PMS providers, and our internal data team to gather requirements, prepare integrations, and ensure accurate data flow into our system.
You will oversee the full integration cycle from technical information gathering to data validation and collaborate closely with our Quality Engineer and Analytics team to ensure seamless onboarding. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document all technical requirements from clients and PMS providers to initiate integrations.
- Manage the full onboarding and data setup process for new hotels.
- Validate and verify data accuracy in collaboration with the Quality Engineer.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure integrations meet platform standards.
- Provide clear, consistent communication to clients throughout the integration process.
- Maintain organized tracking of multiple concurrent integration projects and deadlines.
- Support the creation and maintenance of documentation related to integration workflows and processes.
Requirements:
- Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of APIs.
- Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, or similar technical environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or other cloud data platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts in simple terms.
- Highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify data inconsistencies.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and ensuring data accuracy for clients.
- 1+ years of experience in a technical, data, or integration-related role.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent in English
