YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advanced Analytics & Foresight: Move beyond historical reporting to discover future trends, anomalies, and actionable insights using a broad array of exploratory data techniques.
- Data Solution & Engineering Partnership: Co-design, implement, and deploy the robust tools, systems, and frameworks necessary to process and analyze diverse, large-scale data assets (structured and unstructured). Partner closely with Data Engineers on the selection and integration of technologies across our advanced analytics ecosystem, ensuring all solutions are highly scalable and robust.
- Data Transformation & Optimization: Actively drive the process of transforming and optimizing the data and analytics landscape. This includes developing and maintaining analytics-optimized data models and pipelines that ensure data is clean, efficient, and ready for advanced analytical use cases.
- Data Management: Troubleshoot complex data-related issues and maintain the Power BI infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and connectivity. Alter and transform data as needed to support robust business intelligence solutions, optimizing performance and resolving discrepancies.
- Business Assessment: Assess complex business needs and break them down into smaller components to effectively prioritize attention. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the business to create tailored solutions designed for current and future needs.
- Project & Resource Management: Balance multiple projects and deployment schedules to meet stakeholder goals and expectations. Manage the implementation of solutions, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Documentation: Maintain clear, consistent, and concise communication across multiple teams. Manage stakeholder expectations, gain buy-in for major decisions, and identify/address potential issues proactively.
- Training and Support: Train and coach stakeholders and key personnel to ensure successful solution implementation and promote data literacy. Create and maintain documentation and training materials to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Proven track record (minimum 3-5 years) of hands-on experience in Data Intelligence, Solutions-focused Analytics, or exploratory data environment.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels globally.
- Strong experience in designing scalable data solutions, data modeling and visualization for analytics platform such as Power BI (PBI), with solid experience with querying languages (e.g., SQL) and familiarity with big data platforms (e.g., Spark).
- Strong understanding of database management systems and complex data integration techniques. Focus on performance optimization for data pipelines and analytics platforms to ensure scalability and efficiency across the ecosystem.
- Experienced in robust data analytics development workflows, including CI/CD practices for automated deployment and version control
- Skilled in translating complex business requirements into technical terms and vice versa. Effective facilitation and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration among partners, foster strong working relationships, and drive actionable decision-making.
- Highly results-oriented, independent, and adaptable. Adept at prioritizing tasks, performing well under pressure, and quickly evaluating and pivoting on new technologies. Maintains a positive attitude towards change and inspires team excellence.
- Innovative and research-driven mindset: open-minded with the ability to explore emerging technologies, propose creative / out-of-the-box solutions, and drive continuous improvement in advanced analytics and data intelligence capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess processes and identify opportunities for improvement under tight timelines.
