Data Officer

Responsibilities

1. Take care of products received into NETSUITE system are properly processed, and also any discrepancy found SSC officer and supervisor must be responded as part of Oatside instruction.

2. Take care of products shipped out are properly cut-off from NETSUITE system, and also any discrepancy found of shipment SSC Officer & Supervisor must be responded as part of Oatside instruction.

3. Ensure all Receipts/ Dispatches are audited regularly to make sure correct numbers are booked in/ shipped out in NETSUITE system.

4. Take care of all NETSUITE system functions (Receipt& Dispatch) are completed with acceptable time.

5. Make sure all reports are accurate and all reports must be submitted with acceptable time.

6. To handle Administration task such as stationary order, others admin at site.

Requirements

• Education : AtVocational Certificate or Higher
• Experience : 6Month -2Years experience in Warehouse.
• Special Knowledge / Skills : Ability to communicate in English, Computer literate skill
