Data Processer

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marine geophysical surveys using equipment of Hydrographic surveys.
• Participate in the initial data processing and quality control of acquired marine geophysical data.
• Help interpret geophysical data to identify seafloor features and subsurface structures.
• Contribute to the creation of geophysical maps and charts for presentations and reports.
• Conduct literature reviews and gather relevant data to support project planning.
• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of marine geophysical equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geophysical data with technology developers.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environment (HSE) guidelines during the operation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Geophysics, Earth Sciences, Oceanography, Mining, Petroleum, Survey, or a related field (New Graduates Welcome).
• Basic knowledge of geophysical survey methods and equipment. Any other applied concepts are also welcome.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret geophysical data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Familiarity with geophysical software and standard office applications.
• Advantage for Geospatial and coding skills is plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capability of understanding English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and pressure environment.
• Willingness to work in a marine field environment (nearshore and offshore).
• Enthusiastic about marine geophysics and sustainable resource management and passionate about learning new technologies.
• Passionate about advanced technology such as robotics, AI and innovation.
