To lead the organization's data practice by driving data strategy, governance, data lifecycle management, and high-quality data product delivery. The role ensures that data is collected, structured, governed, and transformed into accessible, reliable, and business-ready insights to enable a data-driven organization.

Responsibility

Define and execute the organization's data strategy and roadmap to support digital transformation and business decision-making.

Oversee the full lifecycle of data products, data platforms, and data solutions from sourcing and structuring to usability and adoption.

Lead collaboration with Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics, and business teams to ensure high-quality, governed, and well-modeled data.

Establish and enforce data governance, data quality standards, metadata management, and data stewardship practices.

Drive organization-wide adoption of data-driven decision-making through data accessibility, usability, and literacy initiatives.

Identify and prioritize data initiatives that align with business needs and deliver measurable value.

Supervise, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers, analysts, and product/data stewards.

Partner with IT, Digital, and business leaders to ensure alignment between data platforms, architecture, governance policies, and operational needs.

Requirement

Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.

7+ years of experience in data management, data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence, including leadership or team management responsibilities.

Proven experience in developing data strategy or managing data platforms.

Strong knowledge of data architecture, data engineering, data governance, and data lifecycle management.

Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL/ELT, data integration pipelines, and modern data technologies.

Experience in BI/dashboarding, analytics enablement, and decision intelligence.

Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance frameworks.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
