Ensure the company's operations and activities comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
Organize meetings and prepare reports related to the organization's compliance with data protection laws in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Provide legal advice and guidance to internal departments on PDPA-related matters.
Prepare, review, update, and control PDPA-related documents, processes, and forms.
Support PDPA training programs and awareness activities for employees.
Assess and analyze personal data protection risks and prepare reports for management.
Coordinate with the Data Protection Officer (DPO), internal departments, and external parties as required.
Monitor updates on new or amended laws and regulations, summarize key implications, and propose practical implementation approaches for the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification
sBachelor's or Master's degree in Law
.At least 5 years of experience in legal or compliance roles
.Experience in PDPA and/or GDPR will be an advantage
.A Master's degree from overseas or Thai Barrister-at-Law qualification is a plus
.Strong communication, proactive mindset, and excellent coordination skills
.Ability to work effectively under pressure with a continuous learning and self-development mindset
