Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the company's operations and activities comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
  • Organize meetings and prepare reports related to the organization's compliance with data protection laws in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to internal departments on PDPA-related matters.
  • Prepare, review, update, and control PDPA-related documents, processes, and forms.
  • Support PDPA training programs and awareness activities for employees.
  • Assess and analyze personal data protection risks and prepare reports for management.
  • Coordinate with the Data Protection Officer (DPO), internal departments, and external parties as required.
  • Monitor updates on new or amended laws and regulations, summarize key implications, and propose practical implementation approaches for the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
  • At least 5 years of experience in legal or compliance roles
  • Experience in PDPA and/or GDPR will be an advantage
  • A Master's degree from overseas or Thai Barrister-at-Law qualification is a plus
  • Strong communication, proactive mindset, and excellent coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with a continuous learning and self-development mindset
