Operations Quality & Analytics (OQ&A) helps protect and improve Seagate's Total Customer Experience. We develop, deploy, and sustain end-to-end quality analytics and processes to provide trusted, actionable information enabling earlier detection and prevention of HDD issues. The OQ&A Tool & System Development Team supports function teams in both data analytics and tool/system development.
. Collaborate with functional teams to design and create applications/tools to support end-user analytics needs
. Collect, process, and prepare data to support decision-making through our applications/tools.
. Improve and modify existing tools to meet evolving stakeholder requirements, including latent reduction, report automation, and new visualization features
. Design and implement agentic AI components to support dynamic query generation, autonomous analyze data, report creation, and intelligent alerting
. Develop AI agents capable of interacting with users, adapting to feedback, and improving analytics workflows over time
. Full Stack Developer: Experienced in building web applications
. Agentic AI: Experience working with large language models (LLMs)
. Self-Management: Able to lead and work directly with end users
. Adaptability: Willingness to learn, adapt to changing requirements, and stay current with new technologies
. English Proficiency: Strong communication skills in both speaking and writing
. Bachelor's or higher degree and/or relevant experience
. Programming: Python, Java, R
. Front-End: React, Vue.js
. Back-End: Node.js, Django, Flask, Flakes.js
. Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
. Prompt Engineering: Designing effective prompts for autonomous agents
. Databases / Big Data: Oracle, PostgreSQL, Trino
