Key Responsibilities
- Develop customer segmentation and machine learning models for marketing applications in cross sell, up-sell, customer retention, next best offer etc.
- Contribute to the full life cycle of machine learning models – from data exploration, modeling, tuning & productization.
- Design A/B experiments to measure model and campaign performance.
- Construct specialized data models and ETL based on business requirements.
- Identify the customer behavior and target audience via data analysis which can assist campaign performance improvement.
- Translate insights from customer data into concrete actions and specific recommendations.
- Build Dashboard using BI tools like Tableau/Data studio/Power BI.
- Work alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs.
- Keep abreast with the latest industry trends and insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Management or any related fields.
- 4+ years experience in working with analytics tools and machine learning techniques is mandatory.
- Experience working on Big Data platforms like Hadoop, Hive, Azure, Redshift etc.
- Keen to be a data-geek: outstanding analytical skill and inclination for problem-solving.
- Have knowledge of data analytics and experience using SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau etc.
- Experiences performing customer data analysis in E-Commerce, Retail, and Banking etc. is a plus.
- Hands on experience in data engineering, working with big data framework like Spark/Hadoop is preferred.
- Be results-oriented, have high standards of excellence and attention to detail.
