We are seeking a Data Scientist to drive customer and marketing analytics using Databricks and modern cloud platforms. The role focuses on building data pipelines, integrating CDP and analytics tools, and developing models to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
Job Description
- Build and manage data pipelines using Databricks (PySpark, SQL, Python)
- Integrate data from CDP, Mixpanel, CRM, and digital platforms
- Develop models for segmentation, churn prediction, and personalization
- Support A/B testing and campaign performance analysis
- Lead integration between Databricks, enterprise systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Optimize ETL processes and reduce data latency
- Support workflow orchestration and experimentation initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to enable data-driven decisions
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in data science or data engineering
- Strong skills in Python and SQL (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
- Hands-on experience with Databricks / Spark (Apache Spark)
- Experience in marketing analytics / eCommerce / FMCG
- Knowledge of Mixpanel, CDP, or analytics tools
- Understanding of ETL pipelines, APIs, GTM, and data integration
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript for tracking/tagging
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
