Overview
DC Manager - Lamphun Plant will responsible for end-to-end operation of Distribution Center (at Lamphun & Khonkean DC) ensuring finished goods are received, stored, picked, packed and shipped safely, accurately, on time at the optimal cost. He/she need to closely working with Logistics/Customer services/Sales/Plant and 3PL teams combine with operation leadership, people management, inventory control, Safety & GMP management, GCS Control and performance improvement.
Location will be based in Lamphun Plant
Responsibilities
- Lead and Execute Freight & DRP operations according to AOP Plan to achieve Freight & Distribution Costs, %DRP, and sufficient stocks at DCs level
- Manage LPN FGWH , LPN DC and KKN DC according to standard operations principle and Logistics strategic plans with AOP budget
- Execute Customers Delivery and DC to DC orders from FGWH / LPN DC / KKN DC
- Lead FGWH teams and 3PL operations to reach business objectives and requirements
- Exhibits safety and environment awareness, practices and procedures consistent with job(s) performed with EHS requirements both Local regulation and PepsiCo EHS requirement (GEHSMS).
- Receives and reviews Risk Assessment/ Environment Aspect and focuses on incident prevention and robust case management once an accident occurs.
- Coordinate with cross functions to deliver and update Move productivity progress as per AOP plan
- Control DC operation Processes as owner according to PepsiCo GCS guideline
- Leading and executing project as per assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Experience in Warehouses and Transportation Management
- Experience in managing 3PL and front-line DC management
- Strong SAP, GCS and operational process
- Strong Computer literacy (SAP, Excel, MS office)
- Fluency in English and Thai Language
