Job Description

Position: Dealer Development Manager

Job description:

  • Develop and implement strategies for dealer network expansion aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with dealer partners and manage the expansion of the retail network across assigned territories.
  • Oversee the end-to-end dealer development process, including prospecting, evaluation, qualification, contract execution, and store launch.
  • Ensure retail locations are activated and operated in full compliance with brand visual identity and store implementation standards (VI/SI).
  • Plan and execute pop-up stores and exhibition activities, covering site selection, design coordination, installation, launch events, and lead generation.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze dealer network performance, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making and adapt business plans accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • 1. Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2.At least 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the automotive industry or related sectors.
  • 3.Proven track record in strategic planning, market expansion, and managing sales operations In Thailand markets.
  • 4.Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • 5. Strong understanding of the automotive market in Thailand.
  • 6.Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies.
  • 7. Good command of Thai and English; ability to communicate in Chinese is considered a plus but not mandatory.
