Commercial Performance Management: Monitor and analyze dealer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including heavy-duty truck/bus sales volumes, market share, inventory turnover, and spare parts availability.
Brand Standards & Compliance: Conduct regular Qualitative Requirement (QR) audits to ensure dealer showrooms and service workshops align with international corporate guidelines.
Fleet & B2B Consultation: Partner with dealership principals to develop localized sales strategies targeting major domestic logistics companies, highway bus operators, and construction fleets.
Technical & Sales Training: Deliver structured training programs to dealer staff on commercial vehicle specifications, financing options, total cost of ownership (TCO) calculations, and CRM systems.
Aftersales Synergy: Coordinate with technical teams to ensure dealer workshops have the necessary diagnostic tools and training to service buses and trucks efficiently, minimizing customer downtime. RequirementExperience & Qualification
