Job Summary

Provides mutual funds transaction processing services with a customer-focused approach. Provides proactive and innovative solutions to customers. Intermediate level support representative working on semi-routine tasks to support operations. Applies developed knowledge and job skills, and follows defined company policies and procedures to complete tasks. Understands when to deviate from standard practice. Requires moderate supervision on daily work and detailed instructions on new tasks. Minimally requires a high school degree and 1 year of related experience.

The Dealing Administrator S2 plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient and accurate execution of investment dealing operations within SS&C Technologies (S) Pte. Ltd. This position involves performing various administrative tasks to ensure seamless trading processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Process and reconcile investment trades, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
  • Prepare and dispatch trade confirmations, statements, and other relevant documentation to clients and counterparties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all dealing activities in the relevant systems.
  • Assist with the resolution of trade-related queries and discrepancies, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Support the dealing desk with administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and document management.
  • Monitor and escalate any unusual or non-compliant dealing activities to appropriate management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and information exchange.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of dealing administration processes and procedures.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role within the financial services industry, preferably with exposure to investment operations or dealing.
  • Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with investment management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A relevant diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
