Counseling, teaching and advising the subordinates in the responsible team
Performing work under the guidelines for the operation, including recording of work data completely
Performing work under the regulations of legislation and relevant laws
Follow the Supervisor s instruction including cooperating on the company regulations
Improve development and enhance the subordinate
Make a report showing the performance of the team in all aspects and presentation to the supervisor.
Check (Review) all tasks of subordinates

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experiences in manage the team member around 20-30 headcounts in the Debt Collection or more 2 teams
Experiences in Debt collection team at least 3 years
Understanding of the debt term
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Google material.
Having negotiation skills , speaking eloquently,problem solving skills , and efficiency in English communications is preferred.
able to work under pressure
Good relationship management, presentation skills
5 days work week but shift working
Working regularly and on time
able to work overtime (if required)
