Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive a 3-year strategic roadmap, including KPIs for debt and portfolio management
- Land and oversee collection (in-house and outsourced) and debt recovery functions, including write-off (W/O), repossession
- Monitor and optimize portfolio performance to reduce NPL and improve efficiency
- Recommend strategic actions to senior management to enhance portfolio performance and recovery outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align with business and portfolio strategies
- Ensure all operations are fully compliant with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
- Build and strengthen team capabilities through coaching, talent development, and performance management
- Prepare and manage department budgets and business plans
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years in Debt Collection of Auto-loan or banking
- 3 years in management Level
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business admin, Finance, Economic.
- Understand credit risk, ECL, and Portfolio management
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver result under deadline
- Strong Leadership skill including coaching, mentoring and performance mgt.
- Knowledge of legal process related to debt recovery
- Strong communication, negotiation skill in English
- Lawyer license is a plus
