Job Description:
- Manage both engagement project and delivery project
- Support Business team to come up with final requirement which covers end to end business journey plus high-level technical flow with possible impacted applications
- Lead the team to identify project objectives, project scopes, project benefits, possible to be the end to end journey and related or impact applications, high-level timeline and related key stakeholders with suitable technical design and feasibility
- Lead the RFP and vendor selection in case we require third-party vendor for applications or services
- Manage and maintain a good relationship with both Business, IT & Digital teams including all key stakeholders (and vendor(s))
- Coordinate with KS resources both business and IT to prioritize project phasing if needed and work with IT PMO to ensure IT resource availability and allocation
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. (Plan VS Actual)
- Identified project risk and mitigation plan.
- Handle project issues to ensure the project is on time.
- Provide the project report/status update regularly to Head of Project Management Department on project status, progress, risk, issue and escalation needed
- Maintain and apply a common set of practices, principles and templates for managing projects
- Coordinate with all related teams and manage the vendor(s) to ensure that all assigned project(s) are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Manage, monitor and forecast the project financials of assigned projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer science, Computer engineering, IT, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in Project Management, Good banking products knowledge
- Proven working experience in project management and business analysis/gap analysis for banking industry or similar complex structure
- Understand the End-to-end process of project
- Excellent Leadership and communication skills
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and positive thinking
