Role Purpose:
Acts as the primary customer interface and is fully accountable for end‑to‑end delivery across scope, timeline, cost, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own overall delivery commitments and contractual obligations
- Act as escalation point for client and internal teams
- Ensure governance, reporting, and milestone tracking
- Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery issues
- Coordinate across program, architecture, and technical teams
Skills & Experience::
- 12+ years managing large, complex transformation programs
- Strong client‑facing delivery leadership
- PMP / PRINCE2 certified
- Experience with multi‑vendor environments
- Telecom or large enterprise transformation preferred
