About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Demand Analyst to join our team. This role reporting to Operation manager and dotted line to Regional Demand Planning Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Build & Validate Demand Plan with the use of data and statistics

Build strong communication channels among related parties to ensure demand accuracy

Build & animate business to ensure feasibility of the demand plan

Execute in APO-DP the Consensus Number

Lead Operation Excellence with analysis internal / external data including track and monitor Phase In / Phase out execution

Measurement/ Key Performance Indicators in Customer Service Level, Demand Planning Accuracy (DPA) and Bias, Gap between APO-DP vs Finance targets, Forecaster Value added (FVA)

Work closely with Sales Team, Customer Planning Champion, S&OP coordinators including deal with VP Global Demand / Regional Demand manager

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or higher

At least 5 years of experiences in Supply chain / Demand planning would be a plus

Strong Knowledge in SAP-APO

Good communication, Analytical skills, Process oriented (organized & accurate)

Business knowledge with High analysis skills

Passion for products and customer oriented

Good computer literacy especially Ms. Excel

Fluent English communication
