What awaits you in this role

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist – Demand Planning who will join our Customer Care team.

1. Spare Parts Demand Planning & Inventory Management

• Manage end-to-end demand planning for spare parts including forecasting, replenishment planning, and stock allocation.
• Analyze sales trends, demand patterns, and inventory performance to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages, excess, and obsolete inventory.
• Manage PSI (Purchasing, Sales, and Inventory) and monitor stock projections to ensure product availability and efficient inventory control.

2. Spare Parts Import & Supply Operations

• Handle end-to-end supply and import operations for spare parts from local and overseas suppliers, including order planning, shipment coordination, and customs clearance.
• Prepare and verify import documents, monitor shipment status, import expenses, and resolve import-related issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouse, and 3PL partners to ensure timely delivery and smooth inbound operations.

3. Operational Control & Improvement

• Monitor supply performance, lead time, and inventory accuracy, and proactively address supply risks or delivery issues.
• Prepare operational reports and drive continuous improvement to enhance service levels, cost efficiency, and process effectiveness.

The position is an onsite position based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Office Location: WHA Bangna Business Complex (Close to Mega Bangna)

How do we describe a perfect match

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of direct experience in import operations or logistics, demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management — preferably in FMCG, retail business, or electrical appliances / consumer electronics business
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, tax payments, and relevant import regulations.
• Good command of English to communicate effectively with international suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and SAP.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to work efficiently within deadlines.
