Primary Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze report & all data relevant to creating the sales forecast (historical data, trends, seasonality, and sales performance), Tire Pool Management, New-to-Retread tires ratio and KPIs
- Assist the demand planning manager in developing the demand forecast, identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to plan adjustments based on demand signals
- Coordination of New Tires (NT) & Retreaded Tires (RT) supply planning to ensure healthiness of Pool.
- Resolves issues of Tire Pool Management for all SUP customers and Key customers to keep pool at optimal level.
- Monitor accuracy of forecast and propose changes for improvement
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Demand Planning Manager in collecting data, preparing reports, and developing the demand forecast
- Monthly update and Monitor Tire Pool Management for SUP customers and Key Customer's, follow up casing return and raise issue to supervisor.
- Responsible for Material Master Data and Product hierarchy
for Aviation Team.
- Represent Demand Planning Manager in some particular meetings/tasks.
- Prepare reports and other related documentation reports to support Management and Supply chain team.
Job Qualifications:
- University Degree required in quantitative discipline, Degree in Production operations, supply chain, statistical analysis.
- 1 - 2 years of supply chain planning experience or other industry as planner or other related discipline.
- Knowledge with Import/Export operations.
- Very good communication skills, experienced in working in detailed spreadsheet environments, with excellent Microsoft Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP MM and familiarity with Power BI are considered a plus.
