The Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry & Bakery is responsible for preparing and producing high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, and bakery items in accordance with established recipes and luxury hotel standards. The role supports the Chef de Partie and senior pastry chefs in daily kitchen operations, supervises Commis Chefs when required, ensures consistency in food quality and presentation, maintains food safety and hygiene standards, and assists with inventory control and mise en place. The Demi Chef de Partie contributes to efficient kitchen operations while delivering exceptional pastry and bakery products that enhance the guest dining experience.
