Key Responsibility:
Creative Coordination & Banner Briefing
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Specialist to translate campaign strategies into clear creative briefs for internal design teams or external agencies.
- Ensure all ad creatives, banners, and videos are delivered on time and strictly follow platform specifications and best practices.
- Manage and organize the repository of digital assets and marketing collateral.
Media Uploads & Campaign Operations
- Assist in uploading media assets, ad copies, and tracking links.
- Ensure all UTM parameters and tracking tags are correctly implemented before campaigns go live.
- Perform QA (Quality Assurance) checks on live ads to ensure they are displaying correctly across different formats and devices.
Agency & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as an operational point of contact between the internal performance team and external media agencies.
- Follow up on pending items, campaign launch timelines, and deliverable schedules to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Assist in routing approvals for media plans, budgets, and creative assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience (or strong internship experience) in digital marketing operations, media planning, or campaign coordination.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint
- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to follow instructions and execute tasks accurately.
