Key Responsibility:
- OMNI Campaign initiative to drive sales and customer.
- Analyze campaign work with number and can translate to plan.
- Co ordinate with cross function between offline and online trade activities.
- Translate trade marketing and campaign briefs into actionable execution plans; communicate clearly with platform operation, work end to end process for campaign execution
- Release promotional updates for coupons mechanic, including barcodes, mechanics, and other related campaign details.
- Present and Brief campaign details to cross functional e.g. Operation, Store, Customer service
- Analyze competitor activities using app data, web insights, and business intelligence (BI) tools.
- Verify that campaign launches align with briefs and are correctly executed across all platforms.
- Post mortem campaign evaluation
- Answer complaint case from CS team escalated
- Handle ad hoc assignments and urgent requests across teams and platforms (e.g., Email, LINE, Microsoft Teams).
