Job Description

Key Responsibility:

  • Work with Product – Buying Managers, Category Managers and Category Directors to prepare for DC Income negotiation and support in the negotiation session.
  • Act as DC Income / Logistic Cost experts in Principles, Policies, Processes and DC Income Master Maintenance. Lead team to maintain and deliver and accurate of DC Income. Work with cross function to ensure Principles, Policies and Processes are well communicated and adhere.
  • Analyze logistics insights, utilize costing model, reporting, and analysis from analyst to provide negotiation guidelines and suitable information for buyers negotiation
  • Lead on DC income initiative projects and management for better Income Performance
  • Rate Setting & Agreement Documents Management: Rates are accurately set and maintain while Vendors profile, business case and agreements are up-to-date and filed for future reference
  • Income Database: Ensure that data is accurately maintained, updated and ready for reporting and negotiation
  • Income Auditing: Income Transactions are thoroughly checked and verified for accuracy
  • Lead continuously improvement & implementation of DC Income Negotiation Plan : Design work & negotiation process to optimize output yet simple and enhance accuracy
  • Vendors & Internal Colleagues Communication: Provide support for Vendors and Colleagues understanding and having insights on Logistics Income, as well as having been engaged on the Program
  • Support Ad-hoc projects and Product Transformation Project(s) and other assigned tasks

Qualifications:

  • Experience and educational background in Buying / Commercial, Purchasing, Retails Audits, Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Engineering would be advantage
  • Strong Program Management skill and Strong Negotiation Skills
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, influence English speaking.
  • Strong on people management
  • Positive attitude, dynamic and welcome challenge
  • Strong Planning and Problem-Solving skills, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong on analytical, numeric, computing skill, good understand of computer logic and data management
  • Experts on MS Excel, PowerPoint, PBI and other analytic tools and best utilization
  • Ability to manage complex planning and reporting process
  • Experience in Commercial, Retail Business, Logistic, Retail Audits and Commercial Income.
