Key Responsibility:
- Evaluate and define strategic approaches for large-format development initiatives on a national scale including longer term landbank opportunities
- Identify and develop innovative strategies within the area of responsibility to drive business growth
- Lead the comprehensive planning and development of new store locations, focusing on optimal store and mall sizing, to support the annual development pipeline
- Conduct detailed surveys and data collection to inform development planning
- Generate and analyze income forecasts for both B2C and B2B segments
- Craft comprehensive presentation packs for key stakeholders, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment
- Support on PR view for store refreshes and mall extensions, with a focus on maximizing sales uplift and minimizing operational disruption.
- Support mixed-use and redevelopment projects by providing strategic insights and necessary information such as non-retail development opportunities and strategic market updates on mixed-use trends
- Leverage Mall BIC data and site surveys to analyze market trends and provide recommendations for allocating mall space within new developments
- Deliver high-quality support on various ad-hoc projects as required, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Qualification:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields
- At least 3-5 years experience in property research, real estate analytics, or data-driven strategy roles
- Demonstrated experience managing and analyzing large-scale datasets (100,000+ records) in a business context
- Able to lead end-to-end projects and manage timelines across cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical and presentation skills; able to translate data into strategic insights
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint for executive-level reporting
- Good communication in English; interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Good geographic knowledge of Thailand; able to travel upcountry and stay overnight
- Plus: Python/SQL, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), AI tools (ChatGPT/Copilot), or GIS (ArcGIS/QGIS)
